Welcome to the Young EcoSocialists Caucus of the Arizona Green Party
Founded in February of 2021, YES-AZ is a statewide collective of young EcoSocialists and Arizona Green Party members, volunteers, and supporters between the ages of 14 and 35. Our organization serves as both the official Arizona state chapter of the national Young EcoSocialists Caucus of the Green Party of the United States, as well as the official youth caucus of the Arizona Green Party.
Our goal is to increase youth participation and empowerment in every level and avenue of the political process through activism, political education, electoral organizing, direct action, and mutual aid. We seek to provide a safe, inclusive, and anti-oppressive space for young activists and organizers of all backgrounds in Arizona to network, socialize, collaborate, and stand in solidarity with each other.
All YES-AZ events are open to the public, though in the interest of maintaining a safe space for EcoSocialist youth, we maintain that all non-participating audience members will not be included in our meeting stacks or agendas unless specifically addressed or invited by the caucus to speak.
